② Optional: preferred areas/budget/move-in schedule for housing and office space, foreign-language communication information
③ Collection methods: website inquiries (phone/email/KakaoTalk), information provided directly in the course of consultation
Housing matching and conclusion/performance of brokerage contracts, customer support and after-care, compliance with laws, and dispute response
Information is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved. However, when retention is required by law (e.g., contracts, payment records, real-estate transaction documents), it will be retained for the statutory period.
As a rule, personal information is not provided to third parties. Nevertheless, within the scope necessary to perform the service (e.g., property owners, managers, partners), information may be provided upon prior consent. Certain tasks such as system operation may be outsourced; in such cases, the entrusted party and scope will be disclosed.

Minimization of access rights, encryption and password management, locking/shredding of physical documents, retention of access logs, and other safety measures are implemented.
